So as you may remember, one of the things I will accomplish on my vacation tomorrow is having my motorcycle forks resprung and weighted for the race season. Now forks are fragile, so rather than shipping them, I am taking them as my carry-on. So, to prepare them for the ride I did a nice cardboard tube and bubble tape job on them.
The question remains. When airport security see what resembles two bazookas taped together made out of high grade metals with complicated innerworkings... I wonder what they will think?
