I will dispense my opinion:
So let me get this straight. You are a conscientious objector to the Iraqi war. You have... qualms about it. I can understand that. There are a lot of people who disagree with our presidents choice to send troops over there. I'll give you that. (On a side note, it's never the troops fault and they should never be ostracized for being over there [support the troops and all]).
I think you can understand where I am going to go with this, so let me throw a quote out at you:
"Hinzman joined the army in 2001 and trained as a paratrooper. He said he signed up at his father's urging because it allowed him to receive a university education."
So, you joined the army to get paid. What do you think they would pay you to do? pick flowers? perhaps play video games at Fort Bragg all day?
You loser. I know plenty of people who have joined the military to help pay for their school debts, and the one thing you get over quickly is that, you are joining the military to blow shit up. The cost of paying your debts are to become a soldier. It is certainly not an easy life.
What gives you the right, after taking thousands of our country's tax money to desert the army because you have problems with "taking a human life."
People like this make me sick.
