Today is one of those days. You go through it thinking, "damn.. someone should make a movie about this, maybe a short story." Leonardo Decaprio would fit in right about know screaming "I am fortune's fool."
This car ride... damn, that would be a nice soundtrack. Maybe a camera shot on the dashboard looking back, an empty road, just the music. It would of course be at sunset... a blood red sky.
Then you realize that it's identical to a movie you haven't seen in a while. You look up the script and realize you've said lines from it, maybe not word for word, but the setting, the emotion, the theme... identical.
I guess all that is left to do is hope that there is a happy ending at the end of all of this.
'I don't know... but on what was supposed to be the happiest night of my business life, it wasn't complete, wasn't nearly close to being in the same vicinity as complete...'
