Some big changes

Well, I guess it is time to post an update that the world saw coming. Starting July 8th I will no longer be employed with Moto Franchise Corp. in Dayton, Ohio. The time has come to jump ship and try something new.

Although not entirely finalized yet (no start date until you pass your drug test), I am planning to begin employment at ******'s plant at Ridley Park, PA as early as July 18th. This means I will be moving to the Philadelphia area around the beginnig of July in hopes to have a home before I start work.

I have been thinking / planning for this for a while, so if you think I am jumping and moving way too fast, don't worry, I've had plenty of time to look before I jump. I have not signed a lease yet, but have created a numbered list of my choices, and Josh Platt is currently researching them to find the one we should live in. It is looking like the West Chester area, but no promises yet.

As always, feel free to contact me and let me know if you'll be able to stop by the Philadelphia area sometime after I declare residence. I promise a pool and lots of good times. DDR, beers, and great dvds; what more would you expect from me?

As always, comments are greatly appreciated.

Jez:

I'm in it for the pool! and of course a dvd with some beer and general tsos.

lets have you a welcome back to the east coast party. (:

Eudora:

I actually heard this from a little birdie (i.e. Sandy). Glad to hear you'll be back in the area. I'd definately love to see you once you get settled. Of course, who knows, maybe I'll see you sooner - as in NEARfest. ;)

Yes, I'll admit it, I did confide in Sandy a little early in the process.

As far as NEARfest is concerned, I am 70% positive that I should be able to at least come for one day. I even talked Carol into coming, and hopefully Pete as well!

Eudora:

oh, it's going to be a big party then.

On Sandy's behalf, she mentioned it to me last Wednesday, so only slightly before you made your annoucment on here.

Well then, I'll still put up a few post-it notes before I leave just for her then.
