So apparently some of the recent hires in the past have had a problem about being unproductive. That's forseeable, because this company is very slow... for example taking 4 days to even start to get me login accounts for the networks that I would be using. Ok... crappy and inefficient, but ok.
What I despise, though, is my managers reaction to the problems. Rather than using this down time to give me an appropriate training or perhaps allowing me to adjust to the company, she picks up all of the menial tasks from everyone elses desk and throws them on mine.
I'm currently trying to learn how to acess certain parts of the system, but over my back comes a stack of papers... just e-mail this to the adresses on top. That should "keep you busy".
I'm not here to be busy, i'm here to do something...
geez...
