Painting Completed

Well here you have it, the finished product.

DSCF2040.JPG

As you can see there is the addition of the Zelda Hyrullian shield on the top tank of the bike, which Jenn and I painted on last night, in addition to the twilight princess wolf from before on the side. It looks AWESOME.

In hindsight I am a little worried about the actual paint that I picked out because it doesn't seem to handle abrasions well. Thankfully it's on a part of the bike that won't see much contact. If there is a spot of that thank that I do rub maybe while tucked in, it will be noticeable very quickly.

All in all I am very proud / happy of the way the bike turned out; especially for a do it ourselves job. The way the shield crest wraps around the tank has a perfectly designed look to it that appears great from every angle. We also sponge painted the logo on, so it has a very weathered / textured look to it.

Two thumbs way up!

turned out pretty good

Thanks chief! Long time no communication! I'm all for the design, of course I'm sure there will be some considerable nerd-flak and or blank faces when I try and explain the design to them. Luckily enough I think it comes off cool enough just as a symbol.

dk:

Now you need to send pictures to the "Player's Pulse" section of Nintendo Power.

Damn.. do they still exist? I'd do that!
